Booking rules
How far ahead a date may be signed. The calendar screen shows booked dates, not empty ones, because of this.
Three milestones per contract. The balance date drives the overdue state on the payments screen.
Crew hours a space needs between events. Blocks back-to-back bookings in the barn.
When the count locks against capacity and per-head charges.
Outdoor ceremonies must name an indoor fallback by this point, or the held space is released.
Caterers and suppliers need current insurance on file before gate access is granted.
