Dock operations
Each craft must carry one fitted jacket per booked guest before it leaves the slip.
Who is held ashore when an advisory is posted. Deck boats are decided by the captain on the day.
Hull, motor, paddles, and jacket count are logged on every return before the deposit is released.
Motor craft return at the level they left. Shortfall is added to the dock balance.
Booking and money
Taken at booking, shown as “deposit held” until the trip closes out.
Collected at the dock before departure. Overdue balances place a guest on hold.
How late a guest may cancel without a fee being recorded.
Trips the dock cancels for weather are treated as a full-credit reschedule.
